The position as controller in an Orkla company includes a wide range of responsibilities within the company’s environment for economy and finance. You will be part of a department that acts as contributor towards the production units and divisions.

This involves responsibilities in areas such as:
Analyse and report on results
Compose quarterly communications with the market 
Further develop financial management
Take part in budgeting processes
Ad hoc analysis and participate in projects


Competence & qualifications
Minimum 4 years of higher education, preferably a Master’s degree (e.g. MSC, MBA, etc.)
Preferably 1-3 years of work experience from revision, controlling etc. Newly graduates with strong academic records are also encouraged to apply

Personal skills
High analytical skills and good financial understanding
Ability to deliver precise, responsible and structured work
Great working capacity and excellent collaboration skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills, in English and the local language
Experienced in Excel, and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems
