Training

Responsible operations are contingent on the ability of managers and employees to exercise good judgement.

Awareness as a part of managers’ overall responsibility is therefore a central aspect of Orkla’s manager training, and work relating to corporate culture and values has high priority. Training in Orkla’s Code of Conduct is a part of the companies’ introduction programme for new employees and for the Group’s competency development programme for managers. The Group also provides special training for key employees, for example in anti-corruption work and supplier monitoring.
