The position as controller in an Orkla company includes a wide range of responsibilities within the company’s environment for economy and finance. You will be part of a department that acts as contributor towards the production units and divisions.


This involves responsibilities in areas such as:

  • Analyse and report on results
  • Compose quarterly communications with the market
  • Further develop financial management
  • Take part in budgeting processes
  • Ad hoc analysis and participate in projects

We are looking for:

  • Competence & qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of higher education, preferably a Master’s degree (e.g. MSC, MBA, etc.)
  • Preferably 1-3 years of work experience from revision, controlling etc. Newly graduates with strong academic records are also encouraged to apply

Personal skills:

  • High analytical skills and good financial understanding
  • Ability to deliver precise, responsible and structured work
  • Great working capacity and excellent collaboration skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, in English and the local language
  • Experienced in Excel, and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems
