The Orkla Group has carried out its “Shares for employees”-programme on 20 – 24 May 2019.
The discount was 25% and the purchase alternatives are NOK 28 000, 15 000 and 8 000 (taking into account the discount). The lock-in period is two years.
With this programme, we wish to give all employees an opportunity to participate in Orkla’s long-term value creation, and encourage engagement in the Group’s development.
The programme was offered to permanent employees of Orkla ASA and its subsidiaries, in at least a 50% post.
This is an employee benefit established in collaboration with the employee representatives.
