The Orkla Group carried out its “Shares for employees”-programme on 28 May – 1 June 2018.
The discount was 25%. The purchase alternatives were NOK 28 000, 15 000 and 8 000 (taking into account the discount). The lock-in period is increased from one to two years.
With this programme, we wish to give all employees an opportunity to participate in Orkla’s long-term value creation, and encourage engagement in the Group’s development.
The programme was offered to permanent employees of Orkla ASA and its subsidiaries, in at least a 50% post.
This was an employee benefit established in collaboration with the employee representatives.
