iOS – Multi-factor authentication
This guide will help you configure MFA. Please select one of the options below.
Option 1: Receive notifications from the Microsoft Authenticator app (Recommended)
Set up MFA using the Microsoft Authenticator app.
Note that If you have an older phone that does not support apps, you must go with Option 2.
Option 2: Authentication with phone call or text message
This authentication method works by either calling you or sending you a text message with a code when you need to provide an additional form of authentication.
Once you receive the code you must enter the code into the browser window in order to continue signing in.
