On Friday, 5 May, President and CEO Peter A. Ruzicka will present the Orkla Innovation Award at JA Norway’s Company of the Year Competition for secondary school pupils.

The contenders in JA Norway’s Company of the Year Competition are 76 in-school companies established by 400 young entrepreneurs. Orkla is a member of the jury for the Innovation Award, in a competition that rewards innovative goods and products.“Innovation is important for us. Building bridges between schools and the business community
In 2016, over 25 000 young people participated in JA Norway’s programmes, and over 27 000 persons from working life and business and industry were involved in various ways in JA Norway’s in-school activities. Around 2 000 of them have served as mentors for the in-school companies.
