We have over 300 brands that are sold in over 100 countries. Many of these are well-known and well-loved in the local markets, but we are always working on developing new and exciting products and brands.
Are you good at seeing opportunities for improvement, or do you like to develop things from scratch? Then you may be the one we’re looking for.
Behind every brand and product there is a lot of insight and analysis. We use the insights to position our products and satisfy the wishes and needs of consumers. We do this through innovation and effective communication that creates sales and arouses loyalty.
In the department, you will find people from a variety of backgrounds, from finance and marketing to innovation and entrepreneurship.

From product developers to digital professionals
With us you will find traditional roles where you work with one or more brands within a particular portfolio. We also have product developers, digital professionals, social media experts and innovation specialists.
