Today's board meeting - Orkla Media

Work is progressing according to plan, but with a further reduction in the number of relevant solutions.

 

Out of consideration for the agreements that have been entered into, which include confidentiality requirements, Orkla will not provide information about which or how many parties will be taking part in the final phase.

 

The process still concerns finding a holistic solution for Orkla Media, and solutions whereby Orkla continues to retain ownership interests may be relevant.
