Financial calendar 2011

At a meeting held on 31 August 2010, the Board of Directors of Orkla ASA
adopted  the following financial calendar for 2011:

Release of financial results:
Q4 2010 - 10 February 2011
Q1 2011 -  5 May 2011
Q2 2011 - 20 July 2011
Q3 2011 - 27 October 2011

The ordinary Annual General Meeting will be held on 14 April 2011.

All dates are subject to change.
