Orkla ASA :Norwegian bond issue
Orkla ASA is considering a bond issue in the Norwegian Bond Market through a new loan with 10-years tenor and fixed interest rate.
The funds will be used for general corporate purposes. DNB Markets and SEB have been chosen as arrangers of the bond issue.
