Orkla gjennomførte ekstraordinær generalforsamling i dag, 25. oktober 2017, i Oslo.

Generalforsamlingen vedtok styrets forslag til tilleggsutbytte på kroner 5,00 pr. aksje.
Utbyttet vil bli utbetalt 3. november 2017 til aksjeeiere pr. generalforsamlingsdato.
