Orkla publishes historical financial information on 11 portfolio companies

On 1 March 2023 Orkla was transformed into an industrial investment company with brands and consumer-oriented companies as its scope of operations. On 14 July 2023, Orkla’s reporting on its results for the second quarter of 2023 will be based on its new company structure. Today, in this connection, Orkla is publishing historical financial information on its portfolio companies.

The financial information made available has been prepared by Orkla ASA solely for information purposes in connection with the implementation of a new group structure, as well as the new reporting format going forward. The purpose is to provide more historical financial background for each of the portfolio companies, which in certain areas is more detailed than the financial information that will be reported in future.

The financial information is derived from the unaudited financial statements of certain Orkla subsidiaries and from unaudited financial information relating to historical business segments in the Orkla group.

Orkla will host a telephone conference with Orkla EVP Finance and CFO Harald Ullevoldsæter on Friday, 16 June 2023 at 13:30 CEST, during which participants will have the opportunity to ask questions.
