“I’ve had the pleasure of serving as President and CEO of Orkla since August 2019. Since starting out, I have met many capable employees. In making changes in the Group structure and the top executive staff, I have deliberately chosen competent leaders who have made a strong, positive impression on me. I am glad that both Hege and Ingvill have accepted the opportunity to become part of the Group Executive Board and our future team. I am looking forward to building a strong sense of community in the Group Executive Board,” says Orkla President and CEO Jaan Ivar Semlitsch.

“I want to take this opportunity to thank Ann-Beth and Jeanette for their excellent efforts over many years in the Group. They have each contributed in their respective areas to very good profit growth and development of our companies in the Nordics and Baltics. I wish them both every success with new responsibilities outside Orkla,” Jaan Ivar Semlitsch adds.
