All companies will prepare and implement long-term positive impact plans to address human rights issues within their organization and supply chains. By the end of 2025, certifications or programs will be established for raw materials linked to risk of serious human rights violations.

Our goal is to achieve gender balance in management teams by 2026. Our companies will work systematically with non-discriminatory equal pay practices, and actively consider diversity and gender balance in investment and sourcing decisions.
