Changes in the Orkla Group organisation

EVP Business Development and M&A, Svein Tore Holsether, will as of today also
assume responsibility for Orkla's Investment Portfolio (Share Portfolio) and
Orkla Real Estate.

Orkla's Investment Portfolio (Share Portfolio) will continue to play a vital
part in Orkla's strategy, through its dual goal of generating excess return vs.
relevant benchmarks and developing industrial options for the Orkla Group.
