The following financial calendar for 2012 is adopted:

Release of financial results:
Q4-2011 - 9 February 2012
Q1-2012 -   3 May 2012
Q2-2012 - 20 July 2012
Q3-2012 - 31 October 2012

The ordinary Annual General Meeting will be held on 19 April 2012.
All dates are subject to change.

In addition, Orkla will hold an extraordinary general meeting on Thursday 3
November 2011, see attachment.
