Norway's Supreme Court rejected Orkla's appeal in the tax dispute concerning realized convertible bonds issued by REC

Norway's Supreme Court has today rejected Orkla's appeal in the legal dispute
concerning the taxation of a gain on subscription rights relating to convertible
bonds issued by REC. The assessed tax already recognized in the profit and loss
account was paid in 2009. The decision thus involves no further tax payments or
accounting consequences for Orkla.
