Orkla ASA :Mandatory notification of trade - Åge Korsvold

Through the related company Gyljandi AS, on 8 December 2011, Åge Korsvold,
Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Orkla ASA, signed a forward
contract to buy 200,000 shares in Orkla ASA with a due date of 7 June 2012 at a
price of NOK 44.92 per share.

Following this transaction, Åge Korsvold and related parties control 220,000
shares in Orkla ASA.
