Orkla ASA: Orkla's sale of Orkla Brands Russia approved by Russian competition authorities

In its stock exchange release of 28 November 2014, Orkla announced that it had entered into an agreement for the sale of Orkla Brands Russia. The agreement was approved by Russian competition authorities on 29 December, and closing is expected in January 2015.
