Orkla ASA: Trade subject to notification - options

On 19 November, in connection with Orkla's former management option programme, 40,000 options in Orkla-shares were exercised.

The options were exercised at a strike price of NOK 38.88 per share.

After this transaction, the total number of options issued in Orkla shares under the management option programme is now 7 223 000. Orkla owns 2 858 106 treasury shares.
