Orkla ASA: Mandatory Notification of trade – Adjusted number of Shares for Employees 2020
Reference is made to the stock exchange notice of 5 October 2020 regarding Shares for Employees 2020.
The number of Orkla shares transferred to Orkla employees in connection with the share purchase programme has been adjusted. As a result, Orkla has transferred 2,200 shares in addition to the 621,182 shares which were transferred on the 5th of October.
After this transaction Orkla owns 501,800 treasury shares.
