Orkla ASA: Mandatory notification of trade – primary insiders

Hege Holter Brekke, Executive Vice President, CEO Orkla Care, has today, 15 February 2021, bought 2,000 Orkla shares at an average price of NOK 80.50 per share. The shares were acquired on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Following this transaction, Brekke and related parties own 6,721 shares in Orkla.
