Jotun additional dividend

Due to particularly good results and high cash flow, the Jotun A/S Board of Directors has resolved to distribute an additional dividend of NOK 3,000 per share, on top of the ordinary dividend of NOK 6,500 per share already distributed this year.

Orkla’s share of the dividend is NOK 438 million, which will be paid on 27 November 2025. This additional dividend is extraordinary and shareholders in Jotun A/S should not expect a similarly high total dividend to be paid in 2026.
