Nian AS, a related party to Nils K. Selte, President and CEO of Orkla, has on 2 June 2026 bought 13,466 shares in Orkla ASA at a price of NOK 97.20 per share. The shares were acquired on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Following this transaction, Selte and related parties own 351,000 shares in Orkla.
