Orkla ASA: Mandatory notification of trade – primary insiders

Tvist 1 AS, a company controlled by Caroline Marie Hagen Kjos, as person closely associated with Christer Kjos, the chair of the board of directors of Orkla ASA, has today acquired 100,000 shares in Orkla ASA from the estate of Stein Erik Hagen. The shares were acquired at a price of NOK 92.7544 per share, equal to the volume weighted average trading price (VWAP) of the Orkla ASA shares on Euronext Oslo Børs on 3 September 2026.
